The following building that i created through 3D unreal program is based on one of my sketches.

Basically, i chose this because of it looks sleek and edgy when we look it at diffrent angle.

However, i realize that such slim shape of a building would pose problems when creating a meeting space for the 2 clients that i have chosen.

I believe by giving some layering to the building itself, it will create spacious environment which is perfect for the 2 clients to make out.

Beautiful scenery can be seen when looking up from below horizontal-view.
